These Terms of Service govern the biological and digital social contract between you and The NeuroHub. By accessing our platform or purchasing our services, you accept these terms in full. We operate on objective reality and strict boundaries; if you do not agree to these terms, do not engage with our systems.
The NeuroHub provides applied bio-psychosocial systems consulting, research, and architectural blueprints focused on neural resilience and organizational optimization. We are not licensed medical professionals, psychiatrists, or therapists. Our services are strictly educational and structural. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or the treatment of any mental health conditions.
Due to the proprietary, digital, and structural nature of our architectural blueprints, intensive programs, and retainers, all sales are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you are receiving immediate access to proprietary intellectual property and waive any right to a chargeback or refund.
All content, diagnostic tools, and methodologies on this website are the exclusive property of The NeuroHub. This explicitly includes our proprietary frameworks and terminology (including but not limited to The Biological Social Contract, Systemic Parasitism, Legacy Code, and The Avoidance Matrix). Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to apply these frameworks internally, but are strictly prohibited from reselling, duplicating, or training third parties on The NeuroHub's methodologies without express written consent.
Information submitted through our systems is treated with strict clinical confidentiality. In return, you agree to provide accurate data, interact with our systems lawfully, and respect the operational boundaries of our platform.
The NeuroHub shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or systemic damages resulting from your application of our architectural models. You assume full responsibility for the implementation of this data within your own ecosystem. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service rendered.
This contract is governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nicosia, Cyprus.
